Still lean and mean.

ずいぶん前にセットで買ったミュスカデ。今は国内では見つからないみたい。2010年ものですが、いまだに微発泡している一方、熟成感もあります。
香りも味わいも洋梨、白ながらアフターも長いです。
おいしい❤️。
こないだ失敗したと思ってヘコんだ自作スモークサーモンは、冷蔵庫で寝かせていたらねっとりしてきました。

Austere wine for me - high hopes because of the age and extended lees contact but this bottle seems closed up. Maybe it’ll wake up with a bit of air?
