A baby. But outrageously pure, complex and soooo focussed. Like rose petals and pancetta gently mascerate in soy sauce and infused with an essence of fresh sea air. Simply spectacular - revisit in 10 years at earliest.

Dark, dark fruit. This is intense, powerful and beautiful. Dark soy, blue fruit, incredible depth and power. Violets. Superb structure and lush. This is waay young but it is absolutely gorgeous. Wow
