Been sleeping on Beaujolais. This was very easy going with pasta and red sauce.

Bouquet of ripe raspberries. Intense mineral and tartaric acid, grippy tannins and complex bitterness. Notes of cherry and burned toast with dominant astringency. Pairs well with spicy.
