What a great wine. Too bad it's so expensive now. Awesome nose. Berries and cherries galore. Underbrush and fresh wood shavings. So nice. Palate is juicy and ripe, with great acids and freshness, serious old vine sappy dense (cherry) fruit and still a serious backbone of tannin. What concentration. Wine is amazing. Needs 45-1hr to breathe then 🔥🔥🔥

Jun 21st, 2017Great nose out of the gates. Huge berry fruit and wild woodland character. Some spice. Best showing yet aromatically for this wine. Palate is complex and structured with tons of sweet berry fruit and great acids. This is a deep and complex Beaujolais-Villages and one of the better examples out there of Beaujolais-Villages. Really meaty after some air. Terrific wine. Can go 5-8 more years.
