Dec 30th, 2019Started off with strong raspberries both on the nose and for taste. As it breathed, it opened up nicely to surprisingly darker fruit and more prominent tannins. Still had a freshness and liveliness at first, but also had notes not dissimilar of a California cab. Loved this wine from start to finish!

Biodynamic. typical Gamay youth dress: bright red, luscious and brilliant color. Explosive nose of red fruits, candies. Nice texture in mouth. Very drinkable, clear and friendly
