2022 Independence Day Party 🇺🇲 with several members of our Tastevin crew and extended friends.🍷 Proof that our palates are wider than Burgundy. Notes may be light, scores will be honest.

1500ml; From our cellar 10Y in front still!

Another disappointing red burgundy. Some sappy cherry notes but ultimately was thin and lacked power. Many Aussie pinots are far superior like Bass Phillip and Bindi. 16/20.

Beautiful dark ruby/magenta color in glass. Aromatic nose of red currant and black cherries. Strawberry, stewed prune, licorice and vanillin on the palate. Less juicy and vibrant than the Sizies but nonetheless elegant and enjoyable.

Purdy... Beautiful depth, vibrant structure, lovely persistence. Drinks above its pay-grade.

Super toasty at first. Really opened up to show rich strawberry, leather, cedar, earth, and subtle spice.

Deliciously unassuming. Austere, sour cherry, peppery finish, mouth waters for more.
