#Vinnatur - Chenin Blanc from Couteaux du Loir: smooth body and structure, no sulfites, aged on its yeasts in barriques for 12-18 months. It fills the mouth properly with balsamic hints (part coming from woods?). I liked it very much :)

Was opened on Friday night, now Monday afternoon. Initially, closed and unapproachable. Now vibrant and delicious, so much acidity....
