Nice ripe red and dark fruit: strawberries/blackberries. Med acidity and med tannin with lingering notes of plum skin and black tea.
Tasty stuff that's drinking nicely now and could evolve over the next few years.

As a bit of background, I'll typically reach for a Pinot Noir on most nights. But, I've been trying some Rhone wines lately and really enjoying them. This is a great example. Really well balanced. 55% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Carignan and 5% each of Mourve'dre and Cinsault.

Very good. Pretty restrained fruit in comparison to the heat. Not what I’d expect from 2015. Definite earth, dark fruits, spices.
