Aged for 6 years on the lees and 100%. Chardonnay. Very rich and creamy on the tongue with a nutty toasted biscuity notes with pear and quince like fruit notes of ginger spice and tongue tingly unreal notes through the finish. Most excellent

Outstanding! Gets better with some air and warmth. Would guess champagne blind. Clearly Chardonnay. Brioche and hazelnuts galore. More baked apples at this point but there’s a good acidity and hint of green apple skins that really nice. Insanely well balanced. Anniversary wine for thanksgiving!
