Young but will so great from this new rare Gripa St. Joseph Cuvee. More finesse driven than the Berceau and sits between that and the regular St. Joseph. Gorgeous nose of smoked meat, mint, hint of oak, big red berry fruit, floral and superb granite. What one wants. I love it. As it aerates a perfume develops. Palate is deep, structured, fresh and ripe. So clean. Juicy and substantial tannins but elegant as well. Long finish with superb clarity and sap. Really well made and also young. But just a terrific debut.

Smoked meat, blackberry, underbrush, fine tannin. Still young, but a lot of promise
