Has more of an elegant feel than a Raffault, which always seem to have more power but also always in transition( since i cant afford library releases). Still tho, some barnyard on nose, lets say Conn. Farmer version, rather sleek polished fruit. Chinon version of tannins=low. An honest, enjoyable bottle

Red fruit, cola, a fresh earthiness and almost no greenness. Bright acidity reminiscent of Gamay. Really well made cab franc.
