Great finish to another week at alisal, light, some fruit and very smooth

This wine was suggested to me by the store employee. I did not have enough time to to let it breath only about 45 mins or so. However the color is good and the taste slight on the tongue more like a juice at the start but develops quickly with rich flavors and a biting of tannins in the throat near the Adam's apple at the end. It went well with NY strips steak, oven roasted red potatoes mixed garden veg and sautéed mushrooms in butter.

Good, slightly acidic, strawberry lighter bodied. Classic Pinot.
