I can’t imagine drinking this any younger. Herbs de Provence and dark red and blue fruits in the nose. Delicious fruit and gives me a Languedoc feel more that that of a southern Rhône. This is a big wine, but it hits all the right notes with balance.

Fresh and juicy red and black fruit, white pepper, and some baking spices, earth notes, and slate thrown in. This was sold for a song on Last Bottle and I wish I purchased a case if it! Still a very young wine.

It was worth the wait! Don’t wait any longer. Savory (think southern Rhône- but modern flavor profile), dark berry (black&blue) cocoa-y, brambly, incredible mouthfeel and medium long. finish.

$40.00 at the winery, picked up case for $12.00 a bottle on Last Bottle last week. Can't compare it to a GSM from Booker or Saxum, but at that price I really didn't expect it to.
Pleasantly surprised by this one

Stinky cheese and berry in the nose. The palate was well balanced but seemed lacking the normal intensity that Cypher brings. This might be because I let it breathe in the bottle for an hour before drinking.
