Very perfumed nose has lots of spiced dark cherry fruit, along with a moist gravelly note. When first opened, it was round and polished-feeling in the mouth, but as it aired it tightened up and showed a lot more structure (tannin/acid). Flavors too are very perfumey and long. This is nice now and will age a few more years for sure.

Popped and poured 2 days ago. In the fridge refrigerated overmight since. Showing rather well today: soft cranberry, a hint of rose. On the palate: good acidity and density, if slightly flat, soft tannin on the finish. These definitely seem like they are improving with age, as this actually tastes like OR PN.

Pop and pour. Maybe I would feel differently at a different time or with a different food pairing, but this was a pretty generic PN. On the nose: ripe cranberry, soft blackberry liqueur, some va. On the palate: ok acidity, muddled black and red fruit, but still surprisingly thin on the palate, esp. given the vintage. Very soft tannin on the tangy finish. Meh.

Color of bubbly purple, different shades. Quite dark considering she is a Pinot. Nose of dried strawberry, vanilla, warm spice, fermented prune, a bit cherry jam, and quite plummy. Taste shows similar signatures with addition of mellow tannins, extra touch of sweetness, drizzled zest, and refined acidity. Also quite silky. And some more ripe fruits. A full body, clean, yet non traditional Pinot Noir. Clean, flavorful, and well balanced, especially after she opens up.
