Bootleg Cristom Chardonnay. Just guessing it’s estate fruit. Overripe peaches, rich citrus, mineral, got that custardy Burgundian thing going on. Crushed it. — 4 years ago
3 pack terroir series buy from Cristom- McMinnville, Dundee Hills, and Eola-Amity Hills. I wish i could open all three of these at once. Classic bright cherry, medium acid, light wine- I think this is the highest elevation of the three. Cellar would do it justice tho it’s real nice now. — 2 years ago
A nice change of pace and a really pretty and well structured wine. Definitely one to hold but I had to check it! — 3 years ago
