Beautiful ruby in color with a purplish/ reddish rim.

Nose of blueberries, cherries, blackberries, vanilla, wood, spices, peppercorn, chocolates, tobacco, graphite, dark coffee, vegetables, earth and leather.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, oak, cloves, vanilla, spices, espresso, dark chocolates, peppercorn and bell pepper.

Medium finish with firm tannins (after 90 minutes) and cherries.

This is an above-average Cabernet Sauvignon from Valle Del Maipo in Chile. Balanced with mild complexity and earth notes.

Beginning its drinking age now. Enjoyable by itself or with food.
Needs time to open up properly and show complexity and tannins.

I paired it with Chilean BBQ steak and grilled veggies.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

14% alcohol by volume.

Formidable cab sauv!
Plenty of cassis, smoke, ripe black cherry, leather and vanilla. Long finish with silky tannins.

Are you kidding me? If the label had grand cru or Howell mtn on it you'd gladly pay $50

Not as good as some of the older vintages, but still good. Just enough fruit.

The quality one gets from South America it reminiscent of what the values of the Rhone were 20 years ago.. lovely cocoa and veg stem, soft dark pit fruits and restless tannins.

aromas show animal, blackberry, plum, eucalyptus, faint tobacco, cedar... flavors add big blackberry with thin tannins.
