I am seeing that flowers and elegance are a common theme in #cherisey wines. This was subtle and quiet but had a lot of layers and texture. My only complaint was that the fruit seemed a little lazy. #pulignymontrachet #premiercru #burgundy

Who says Mondays suck? Enjoying some Montrachet with @ADAM STROMFELD. This is very nice; fresh sliced apricot, paraffin, orange blossoms, spring flowers. Just a faint hint of oxidizing starting. Finishes with a touch of honey. Honestly give this another 0.2 points if you can use proper glassware!!! Using Adam’s finest stemless glasses for tasting. Honestly, you haven’t had Burgundy until you’ve had it from a Jello-shot cup. 😃
