Well made. Good balance and depth. Especially for the price.

Do not believe "Sideways", it's mine first US Merlot & i liked it very much. Mine nose is blocked, but I can feel dark fruits & oak. Mouth is fruity, mellow & balanced, hint of dark chocolate, sweeter side is well covered with acidity, bit of spicy at the end - very drinkable, maybe it lacks a long finish, but despite that I really enjoyed it, great wine I would buy it again, fuxx the sideways especially if have 4x4 :)

Beautiful deep garnet color. Nice legs! The nose is full of berry flavors, and jammy but is wrought with alcohol. Beautiful full-bodied smooth consistency. There is still significant tannic content. Flavors of anise, clove, vanilla and caramel. Give this wine plenty of time to breath, preferably in a decanter. I think it could age for one more year. This is a great budget wine ranging from $8-$12. Great with peppercorn encrusted turkey and goat cheddar. Really interesting (almost tangy) with blue cheese. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this wine.

Vanilla and black cherry followed by a rich mocha. Smooth but a bit of tannin persists. Should be great in another year, and a huge bargain now!

Excellent everyday wine (<$10) that barely needs any time to breathe before enjoying
