Grand Estates Columbia Valley Chardonnay

Loads pof pineapple balanced with a moderate level of oak.

Drinks a bit warm, so a little unbalanced. A hint of butter, a citrus peel finish. It's good, but you can tell it's new world.

Yellow green. Herb aroma like SV. A bit sweet, vanilla, acidic and mineral @40, Mangilao, 180917

Subtle flavors. Clean. Inoffensive .

Buttery and citrusy, but in an unpleasantly artificial/chemical way.

At the price, it might make it's way into a sauce or something, but I wouldn't drink it again.

The oaky flavor rises after the initial fruity notes finishing with the buttery flavor. Delivers just like I like. I love the oaky flavor - my husband cares less for oaky notes in general, but likes it. We will be stocking up on this. Delish.

Nice subtle oakey finish.

Perfect to bring along as a gift from your poor, not-doctor boyfriend when you introduce him to your parents for the first and last time.

Water wagon brake - 82pts with excellent PQR upgrade. Really ripe pear with Tropical fruit - oak polished and softened, like a vanilla ice-cream... Our first Washington State Chardonnay 🥂, plenty of vanilla, and it gets stronger when glass gets warmer, this vanilla is a bit overwhelming.
