Nose: earth, earthworm, alcohol, old wood, mulberry, nettle. Subtle savoury herbs. A dash of calendula. Beef.

Taste: savory, soup (herbs), toasty on the finish. Fruit quite restrained. I am not convinced it has aged well, but I do enjoy it. Makes me want to eat beef stew. 89-90. EDIT: a little more (red) fruit emerges with air and improves it.
