Finessed and a bit smokey with exotic aromas; notes of lime blossoms, almonds, orange peel

2001. Fresh as a daisy, even a whiff of reduction. Lots of umami and easy flow.

Intriguing and utterly delicious. Complex and textural. Layered ripe, dried, and bruised orchard fruit, nutty, sl. oxidized, blossoms, salt, strong sense of minerality.

Super textured white with a lot going on. Expensive though for what it is.
