Ok I am a fan of rieussec especially the 2015 vintage; this one doesn’t stand up anywhere close to the 2015. This 2017 vintage wine is “interesting” as it delivers gewurtz like rose petals mixed in with pineapple and kumquat notes. Clashing with chocolate molten cake (my bad for trying to pair). If you have to try one, try 2015! Unless you can get hold of 2001. Cheers and merry Christmas from Bahia Honda
