No formal notes . From a VTS ullaged bottle. This was quite green and herbal on the nose , with a touch of brett thrown in as well . On the palate this had some sous bois , dried red berry notes and tobacco , a rather rustic tannic profile, a little mean and doesn’t really fill out on the palate . Reasonable balanced acidity but slightly short and starting to dry out on the finish . Based on this bottle this should be drunk now , however this might not be a very representative bottle . Disappointing.

Just one of those wines that connects with you effortlessly. Intense red fruits and all things purple.

Strong glycerin nose upon opening but dissipated quickly. Constant changing complexity. Hard to pin down but definitely interesting to drink through dinner, ever changing.
