Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

First 2016 Napa I’ve had from any producer. This is wonderfully restrained. Showing blue and bright red fruit but not at all overripe or rich. Nice acidity and only medium tannins. These will be great to enjoy in the near term.

Second label of Forman. Intensely green pepper a bit linear. Fresh red and blueberries on the palate. Restraint.. Elevated acid, tannin, and body.

Moderately light on her feet for a wine of this weight. Others described the green pepper but I did not get that.
