Textbook #rightbankbordeaux - a riper youthful style, black/blue fruit on nose, some cigar box, earthy notes. Quite approachable palate, of course nicely balanced acidity, firm tannins. This would be fantastic in a decade but lovely wine to drink on our 15th wedding anniversary this night. Great bottle price second wine from an eminent #stemiliongrandcru estate offered at one of our favorite Houston restaurants.
