Boysenberry, leather, and a hint of mossy forest on the nose. Eminently smooth, satin and silk as it flows over the tongue. Hints of clove and allspice closely followed by violets, very soft tannins. Second bottle of the same vintage; I tried it first 3 years ago, it only gets better with age!

Excellent stony and fruity nose, PLUSH body, easy and lingering finish. Excellent time to drink the 2003.

Blueberry with leather and dark spices. Some tannins that soften with exposure to air.
