André Lurton bought de Rochemorin in 1973; the estate has grown vines since the 16th century. Deep Ruby with a big fruit bomb nose of black and red berries and some earthy spice. Palate shows cherry and blackberry flavors with notes of cacao and tobacco. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with earthy fruit character. Nice value. Drink now.
