Interesting. Nice dark fruits, mid palate enjoyment. Would think a tomato sauce dish would work well with this.

Smooth, a little on dry side but overall pleasant. Very merlot forward. good value for $20 from my wine guy.

Rich and buttery. Very smooth. Low acidity. High alcohol. Pencil on the nose. Some pear and lighter fruit come through in finish. Quite nice, pairs beautifully with soup. Medium tannins that grab the tongue just a bit.

Red fruit, especially cherries and raspberries. A little earthy with hints of truffle. We were dining outside and this was a great wine to get through a short rain and hail storm while we huddled under umbrellas. Went well with roasted beats and goat cheese. Bonus, we got a free glass of caba for sticking it out
