This is gamay masquerading as a grower champagne. Quite surprised by this. Rich but still light on its feet. Love this.

Damn. This kills Blanc des Noirs at 3x the price. Phenomenal yeasty, baked brioche with gorgeous perlage. Thanks to @urbangrape in BOS for the recommendation.

So classic for a Sparkling Gamay. Thought it would be funky, but it was brilliant and just as good as many Champagnes on the market.

I’ve never had Gamay that isn’t red. Very dry, sour cherry aroma, almost rosé. Crisp, bubbly and sophisticated. Happy bday to me!
