Currents, plum, asphalt, dried herbs, menthol, cigar box, mushrooms, sweet tobacco and nice acid. Forgot how much I love Bordeaux. This ones for you Jeremy :)

Seems much better than last tasting, very enjoyable drinking tonight. Nose of garrigue, stewed dark plum and cedar, then chewy red and black fruit, liquorice, hint of chocolate and a firm finish on the palate. It unfolds in the mouth. Lovely stuff.

Rather savoury characters. Bay leaf, blackberry and mint. Hint of cocoa and tobacco. Good tannin grip.

Delicious! Classic Bordeaux

Luscious unctuous red. Smooth and nice tannin at the end. Starts with some berry but quickly gets more complex in the mouth.

What a good Bordeaux should be. Great body. Solid finish. Perfect pair with steak. Held its own and more.
