Calm and precise. Soft plummy fruit with some contained and polished fruit. Very good.

Silky and soft with inky fruit. Slick. Very contained. A little under for Cheval

Cool blooded, soft blue fruit, bloodiness, graphite. Poised and refined.

Hard to fully enjoy as the outdoor temp was 95 but still delicious.

Feminine. Delicate, lilac, black cherry, cedar. Korintje cinnamon, leather. Fine-grain tannins, not quite silky. Wonderful acidity and length. Would drink now

Silky smooth and delicious. It is hard to be specific about the qualities of this wine as everything fits together so seamlessly. From magnum.

What can I say? Even for a relatively off year, this is fabulous. Ample blackberry and earth, smooth integrated tannins, perhaps a little lacking in the mid-palate, but wonderful fragrance and finish.
