I really should drink Chinon more often. Red fruits, perfumes, and floral. Drunk and enjoyed with breaded pork.

Bright aromatics--lots of rose petal and cranberry, with herbs and a sandy earth after some time in glass. Light color and/or extract. Soft structured but zippy, free-run only makes sense. Pretty and lithe. KL says it's to be consumed young, but the 2013 would probably show better in 2018.

Cherries, strawberries, sour plum, and crushed gravel. Backdrop of green herbs - sage and thyme. Lean, pure, and expressive.

I'm normally partial to dry reds, but pleasantly surprised with this cab franc. It's light and complex - very drinkable
