Clear pale yellow color. Clean nose with ripe stone fruit, white peaches and Asian pears. The palate brings the fruit forward with a slight citrus tang and oak notes. A medium finish makes this wine enjoyable. Aged well.

I typically love Chalk Hill wines, but this Chardonnay wasn't very appealing at all. This wine was so acidic that it totally suppressed any flavor from the fruit This is the lowest rating I have ever given a wine, but I was being generous when I rated it the way I did. Devoid of any redeeming qualities, this tangy, acid bomb is a complete failure.

Weird, and uninspiring nose. Lacked acid.

Not my favorite style of Chardonnay but very well made! Melted butter, toasted almonds, lemon zest, and honeydew!

Popcorn butter upfront, but still fresh and clean. Yellow apple with a touch of mango. Minerality is present but not overpowering.
