Puligny in Sonoma

Very mineral driven but this is starting to evolve.

Compared to the 2018, this has more body and a delightful savory element. Fantastic.

Champagne like brioche at the finish, bright salt at the front, yellow/green color, and a mineral driven nose. This is very tastey and great now but could benefit from some years.
