Yakima Valley (WA) fruit. Medium cloudy golden color. Aromas of lemon, yellow apple, white flowers and brioche. The palate is full of pineapple, citrus, golden delicious apple and tropical fruit with hints of spice, light oak, butter and vanilla. Long finish, crisp acidity and creamy texture. This wine is unfiltered which intensifies its “leesey” qualities. Quite complex, well crafted and interesting. Elegant and Burgundian in style. Revisited in September 2025. Oak is more prevalent in this bottle. Fabulous texture and really well balanced. Good stuff!
