Words don't do this justice...ethereal and weightless on the palate, the most fragile, delicate sparkling wine I've ever tasted... grand cru Chablis with the tightest, long-lasting mousse imaginable... think head on a Belgian ale... and when you swallow an angel sings and the taste slowly disappears and a smile appears. Hard for me to imagine anything finer. Still an infant, and lighter than air... but unforgettable
