Great bargain here, Super Tuscan sporting elegance & class. Mainly red fruited, but plenty of earth driven elements complemented a complex nose & flavor profile. Thoroughly enjoyed this - balanced through smooth finish.

So this bottle was a quick add to dinner. Wanted Italian but had limited options. Nose came across to me as mild cherry hibiscus tea and rose. I did think the acid was a little under what I was hoping but still good enough to interact with the meal. Drinking it you do find cherry notes and some peppery leather tones. Nothing over the top. It did have a decent finish. This wine is what it is. While not disappointed it did not surprise sadly.
