More than a tad VA.
What I like; distinct green pepper 🫑 notes. Licorice and chocolate!? What the hell is that doing in a Cabernet Sauvignon?
What I don't like; the acid (particularly strong in the finish) is out of balance with.... everything. And the taste is generally muddy. No distinct layers but everything all at once.

A lovely, rich, full-bodied wine with just the right amount of acidity for my taste.

Plums and dark cherries, bit of chocolate and medium tannins. Really easy to drink

Dark ruby, gunpowder and leather on the nose. Tastes of blackberry and leather with concentrated tannins. This is a big smoky cab

Lush ripe blackberries and currant with toasty oak and hints of mint and espresso. Firm tannins give ample support and there’s a lovely velvety finish. Terrific; will please newbies and oenophiles alike. Grabbed it for $16 from my new favorite wine place. I know right?? Stock up and tank me later.

Medium bodied with great balance of tannins. Tart cherry pit, black currant and slight petrol. Great with spicy food or on its own.
