Solid Italian Red from a consistent producer. Bright garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of violets, black cherries and dried herbs. Pallet is black cherry/berry focused with notes of cedar, black licorice, baking spices and those dried herbs. Hint of pine on the long finish. Medium bodied and good structure. Elegant texture. May 28th, 2023Dark ruby color that lightens slightly on the rim. Heady aromas of dark cherry, violets, dried herbs and balsam wood. Tertiary flavors of earth and tobacco are on the front of the pallet with some dark cherry in the background. Lots of acidity.

Big fruit nose of raspberries and plum. The palate displays tart red fruit, cranberry sauce, leather, cedar, oak, rosemary, thyme, tobacco, and savory notes of mushrooms. Medium tannins, medium alcohol, and high acid.
