California White Zinfandel

This is my first white Zinfandel in over 15 years, but I had to give it a try again, and put my misconceptions aside.
Kind of surprised me, too.

Medium salmon in color.

Red and black fruits on the nose with white flowers, strawberries and watermelon.

Medium bodied with medium acidity.

Semi sweet on the palate and creamy, with red fruits.

Short finish and unbalanced, but not bad.

Needs more acidity to balance out the sweetness.nice enough to sip, on a hot day.

Very light and fruity, like strawberries, slight fizz, not too acidic
