Red forest fruits, a bit of meat juice, a bit of earth too. The palate is very well balanced with good acid and red fruits all along, some width and a soft and yummy texture on the sides. Velvety fruity finish that lasts a bit. We paired it with a goulash style beef stew. Perfect pairing!
