We really liked this as a light wine with a wonderful way of making you warm on a cool night.

Had 2011 in November of 2017.. sweet fruits all the way through. Blackberry, raspberry and black cherry. Way sweeter than I expected from a Spanish red. Soft and silky with velvety fruits lingering. Okay but a tad sweet for my taste. One I would consider sharing with newer wine drinkers.

Little fruit forward with some spice. Low tannins.

Alizarin Crimson filled the glass but it swirled into a lovely Van Dyke Brown. It left a happy little trail of raspberries on my tongue.

The bottle said it would be an "intense" flavor, but it seems a little dull. I taste the blackberries and raspberries, yet the sweet strawberry is really only hinted in the smell. It is smooth, but lacks the bite I thought a Syrah would have

Sweet. A different wine for me, drinkable, but almost too sweet. Very berry, finishes medium bodied.
