Baked black berry pie. Currants. Hint of game. Smooth. 02 in 19 and how it has aged is amazing. There is the most subtle clearing at the edge, but I wouldn't have thought much of it in a blind tasting. If you'd have told me it was 2012 or 2014, I wouldn't have blinked. Could probably go another 10-15 yr, easy. -and to the last sip from the bottle, the fine grained sediment was barely noticeable.

Forgot about this, found it in the cellar, pulled it out on a whim to have with roasted pork tenderloin with a sherry mustard cream sauce. Absolutely divine.
