Apricot, some yellow apple and some honey, elegantly held back on the nose... the palate though. Insane minerality of limestone and more you just don't get in very many wines. Felt like firecrackers going off on my senses. The palate and nose are just two separate characters and really just felt like added appreciation to the experience.
