@Chris Brockway has the magic touch in the glouglou department. His nod to Loire's Cheverny, this blend of Pinor Noir and Gamay Noir is one my-god-you're-good delight. We second @Pig & Vine's Amy Collins: "hits the palate with an energetic 'Hi friend!' Then it gets a tad cerebral... I savored every mouthful." Fruit and umami dancing perfectly together - yes please!
