Uhhhhhh if this is what pet-nats are all about, what the f@!? have I been doing?! This is delish. Super bready, yeasty, and almost like honey-nut Cheerios on the nose. Don’t laugh, it’s true. Has some ginger and soy-like notes on the nose as well.. super intriguing. Palate is alive with mango, baked apple, and yeast.. though it’s dry, there’s a resounding note of hard caramel candy on the back end. Superfine bubbles. Forget the bubbles - this bottle is superfine. Hells yeah.

Goddam, Chris. This is good, again! Lovely spiced pear and ginger and a hint of almost off-dryness. I want more.

This was positively delicious and I could drink it by the gallon. Not sure there’s a more refreshing and playful summer sparkler. Pet Nat Chenin for the win!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Wow. Great aromatics. Bruised apple, candied lemon, Bartlett pear, nutmeg, and lots of baking yeast. Lean an nervy with citrus and baked fruits. Terrific little pet nat.
