Continuing on the mystery meat train, this was a bit of a journey. Initially, on the nose, I was extremely exited. Fresh strawberries. Then, once on the palate, searing acidity. But, when paired with porcini mushroom and truffle ravioli, the acidity was in my favor!! Not something I’d sit around and sip, but in the right setting, all together pleasant.
