#winenight #burgundy #laromanee #bouchardperesetfils served a bit colder than I'd liked so took a while for it to come up to temperature and open up, but once it did it was singing. I think this is in a very nice secondary stage after the initial fruitiness has worn off but before age starts to show. Paired with a duck confit eggs Benedict that really accentuates the flavors.
