Bogle Vineyards
Phantom California Red Blend
Not bad for the price. Tight brambly vines give way to very soft black fruit with gritty muscular tannins. Not a sipping wine, but actually good with food, even a spicy gumbo.

Mar 12th, 2015From a double magnum, cherry nose, cherry and anise on the palate with light acid finish. Could use a little more body and depth, but a good value wine.

Jan 7th, 2017Amazing qpr. Subtle notes of boysenberry jam and dark cherries. Spice box and black pepper punctuate the finish. This is fantastic.
