Hearty, chewy red blend with a big peppery, vegetablish nose and a surprisingly complex blend of spices and minerals to taste. It’s much better than it should be at $10—it even lingers—and it makes me want to look into other South African wines. A rebuy for sure. Would pair well with red meat I bet.

Bright cherry at beginning, tannic and oaky at the end with a slightly acidic, punchy finish. Good, inexpensive, nice red blend!

For not much $, this gives quite a bit of flavor. Nose is like opening a fresh jar of mixed berry jam. Taste of cherry, blackberry, and some tobacco. Tannins in check.
